Business In The Community (BITC) is a national, non-profit, private sector organisation which aims to promote the growth of existing businesses and thereby enhance employment opportunities. Through the BITC mentor scheme, business owners and managers can tap into a pool of very experienced business people. 

The BITC Mentors are matched with businesses to provide guidance, share expertise, offer professional advice and assess business potential and development. The mentor scheme encourages businesses to plan, manage and meet new challenges, as well as encouraging them to obtain the skills necessary to achieve results.
