Actionworks

Actionworks is an innovative service for young people aged 13-19 in Canterbury providing information, advice and guidance to young people making the transition from school to work and supporting young people aged 18-19 receiving unemployment benefit to find sustainable employment or training.

Actionworks is a youth employment partnership between CDC and Work & Income.

The two high level goals of this partnership are to:

• To ensure all 18-19 year olds are fully participating in education, training and work
  
• Reduce the number of 16-17 year olds going on to benefit.
