One of the CDC's primary activities is the establishment of Industry Clusters.  A number of clusters have been established and details about the aims and activities of the clusters can be found on their websites.

Canterbury Software Incorporated (CSI)
A cluster of over 100 Canterbury software companies who meet on a regular basis to increase the capability and marketability of their industry.

A cluster of over 100 small to medium and large electronics businesses in Canterbury. This group also meet regularly and have been working closely with the Canterbury Software Cluster.
