Participants will be introduced to Enterprise Architecture techniques for small to medium sized businesses, productivity improvement by using better IT, whilst exploring the benefits that Cloud-based IT can provide your business and especially your workforce. You will take part in discussions on the basic approaches to improving productivity: change technology, change processes or change how people work. We will show you how businesses use technology make it a worthwhile investment to their business.
Follow-up coaching with the presenter provides a valuable opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities specific to your business.
About the Presenters
Smina Vanlerberghe
Smina has over thirteen years experience in the IT industry working for large international corporations, outsourcing vendors and local small and medium software businesses in various management positions. She started her career managing Technical Services teams for Xerox Europe Ltd in Ireland, while managing projects to improved Service Delivery and Productivity for the European Service Centre. Her passion for people and IT led her career to managing initiatives and businesses in need for improvement.
A co-founder of MEMIA Cloud Consulting, an IT Consulting business offering Strategy, Architecture , Development and Enterprise 2.0 services, Smina is a principal consultant in Management and Strategy, Software as a service Business and Enterprise 2.0.
Ben Reid
Ben Reid is founder of Memia Ltd, an innovative software and consulting company based in Canterbury, New Zealand. Memia provides technology and business strategy consulting services dedicated to helping I.T. organisations and independent software vendors (ISVs) to transform themselves using the very latest Cloud services.
Ben is a software and enterprise architect with 14 years of professional software development and it architecture experience. Originally from the UK he moved to NZ in 2004 to work as a software architect for HP Consulting. Ben has worked in a wide range of vertical industries and technologies, and is driven by applying technology innovation to build business value.
