Today, an SME has to build good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long term success. The days of hard selling are long gone.

This fun and interactive course focuses on teaching every day basic sales skills in a way that the business owner can implement themselves or pass on to their whole team. These skills revolve around a simple premise, understand what the customer really wants or needs and consistently supply a product or service, at the right price, that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.

About the presenter:
Sara Leadbetter has over 20 years experience managing small and medium businesses across a broad range of industries on both sides of the world. She started her career selling steel products for British Steel, worked her way through to Sales Manager and quickly found her strength assisting and eventually facilitating the sales training for British Steel around the UK. Since being in NZ, Sara has focused on helping SMEs to maximise their Sales and Marketing opportunities and she is currently a Mentor with Business Mentors NZ and a training provider for local industries and local District Councils.
