By using the learning from Deloitte fast 50 participants, this programme addresses the key challenges that growing businesses face and offers practical and useful advice to overcome them.
Ideal participants are owners and senior managers in local firms that:
• Have been trading for 5 years or more
• Have more than 10 staff (but less than 50)
• Are export focused
• Are experiencing or have experienced rapid growth over the last 12-24 months
Places are strictly limited and an application to participate is required before enrolment is confirmed. .

Peter Taylor – Claude & Associates Ltd
Peter is a Marketing Strategist at Claude & Associates. Claude & Associates has worked with a number of food and beverage clients and has particular expertise in environmental sustainability. The Monsoon Brewing Company is a Claude project. Peter has held senior management and governance roles in marketing, finance and telecommunications. Peter offers expertise in market strategy, branding and sales management.
Kent France, Partner - Wynn Williams and Co
Kent has spent most of his time since he graduated working as a lawyer, but has also held roles in commercial organisations. He has a unique commercial practice. He blends his understanding of commercial structuring and contracts with solid experience as a litigator.
His clients are typically involved in commercial activities with a contracting focus. Often their businesses have a significant technology and intellectual property component. Kent also has a keen interest in international trade, which he sees as continuing to be vital for
New Zealand's future prosperity.
Kent's work primarily lies at the intersection of business structuring and financing, joint ventures, employment matters, service and supply contracts and associated intellectual property issues.
