Update on NZTE Business Support - Interim scheme for business training
The Enterprise Training Programme, a New Zealand Trade and Enterprise funded business support programme for SME's around the country, has come to an end. CDC was involved in delivering this Programme in Christchurch. New Zealand Trade and Enterprise has announced an interim plan to continue its support of business capability training. This interim scheme will continue to help business owners and managers improve their management capability until a replacement for Enterprise Training is finalised.
If your business has fewer than 50 full-time employees, you may be eligible for financial assistance from New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) to partially cover the costs of management training courses completed between 1 July 2010 and 30 September 2010.

The delivery of the new model of business support (The Regional Partner Network) is expected to be rolled out as early as October this year - watch this space……
