Moving On

Moving On – the School Leaver Tracking Database is a tracking and support programme that follows the destinations of Canterbury school leavers.

It aims to identify and support young people in their transition out of school, and help them make informed decisions when entering employment, training or further education.

The unique aspect of the Moving On programme is the ability of Actionworks Personal Advisers to contact and connect young people with relevant support services.

Moving On is a collaborative partnership with Careers Services Canterbury.
