Youth at Risk Project

Youthworks Youth at Risk project aims to help clients become job ready and to assist then into sustainable employment.  

• This free service includes individual case management designed to:  
• Provide assistance into training and/or work options
• Assist young people to recognise, and enhance their skills
• Assist young people to become job ready
• Identify and address barriers to successful work or training options
• Provide ongoing support once a young person has entered a job or training course in order to enhance their chances of success
• Provide an employment subsidy which benefits both the client and the employer
